Terms & Conditions


Account Terms

1. For first time practitioners advance payment is required.
 
2. For return practitioners payments can be made when placing an order or within 30 days of the invoice date.
 
3. For the general public purchases must be paid in advance, before goods are dispatched.
 
4. In-store purchases shall be paid in full at the time of purchase.
 
The goods will remain the property of Acupuncture Australia Pty Ltd until fully paid for.



Methods of Payment

Payment can be made by cheque, money order, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, & AMEX), Electronic Fund Transfer or by direct deposit into our bank account. Cash and EFTPOS payment can be made for in-store purchases.
 
For cheque, EFT or direct deposit, please mark the payment with the invoice number or the name appearing on the invoice.
 
For advance payment by EFT, please fax or email on-line transfer statement as proof of transfer.
 
Direct bank deposit can be made at any branch of the Commonwealth Bank to:

Acceptance of Goods

1. It is essential that the purchaser inspect the goods immediately upon the receipt of goods.

2. The goods shall be deemed acceptable by the purchaser unless the purchaser notify the company of any alledged defects in the products, any damage during transit, failure to meet specifications, unfitness for the purpose for which products were supplied, incorrect or shortage of items supplied.

3. The notification shall occur within 48 hours of receipt of goods.


Exchange or Return of Goods

The company may accept the exchange or return of goods subject to the following conditions:

  1. The customer shall contact us first to notify intention to return goods.
  2. This notification shall occur within 14-days of the invoice date.
  3. There should be reasonable grounds for requesting an exchange or return of goods.
  4. The goods have not been used and are in its original condition free of damage or soil.
  5. For "change of mind" or "incorrect order", the shipping cost is not refunded and the customer is responsible for sending the goods back at own cost.
  6. For item received incorrect or damaged, we shall replace the goods free of delivery charge or provide refund in full. Customer may be requested to return the incorrect or damaged goods with a free Reply Paid 84182 parcel.
  7. The goods being returned shall be accompanied by the original invoice.

Price & GST

The prices listed on this website are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated. All domestic sales are GST inclusive.

The price of goods may change without notice. However, every effort will be made to ensure that the prices listed on this website are the most current prices.

Price change will depend on factors such as exchange rate fluctuations, supplier's price changes, increases in shipping & insurance costs, and general inflationary effects.


Product Specifications

Goods are delivered in accordance to the product specifications described on the. However, product specifications and brands may change from time to time.

Manufacturers may make changes in specifications, introduce new models and discontinue product lines.

While we ensure the website is updated regularly, product specifications may change without notice. We also reserve the right to substitute brands where applicable.
